Weekly personal in-home meal prep chef services are the perfect solution for busy families, working professionals, new parents, couples, individuals, or anyone who enjoys delicious, nutritious, home-cooked meals. Chef Rachel will do all the work for you so you get to spend your week doing what YOU want.
All food prepared for you is cooked fresh and from scratch. Savor and Soul offers all plant based vegan cuisine, sure to satisfy even the biggest meat lover’s taste buds!
Step 1: Have a consult call with Rachel to learn about your preferences and kitchen, and get your personalized menu created.
Step 2: Cook day! Your grocery shopping, food preparation, and kitchen cleanup are all done for you in your home. Food is labeled, waiting for you in the refrigerator.
Step 3: Enjoy your food and your free time! Look forward to your next meal prep service.
Meal prep services are a recurring service to ensure the most beneficial relationship to cater to you as the client. During your consult call, the frequency of the visit will be discussed. Clients are always excited to have their next service once they experience the convenience and pleasure of their personalized home cooked food!
Standard package options are 3, 4, or 5 complete meals that yield about 4 servings each.
Add-on items are available (e.g., snacks, sides, breakfast, etc.) Options to increase/decrease are available.
Price is customized depending on client meal selection.
Cost of groceries not included. Grocery shopping is done efficiently and cost-effectively. Grocery costs may be reimbursed to Chef Rachel after the time of purchase with proof of receipt from the store.
